Aarvee has conducted financial viability of entire project of Bhuj-Naliya-Vayor-Koteshwar (164.76Km) as a single project on JV Model. -> Keeping in view Project IRR for combined project at 8.57%, G-RIDE is approaching Railway Board to explore the possibilities to undertake the entire project either through existing Project SPV (with RITES, Shapoorji-Pallonji and PCM Cements as existing Stakeholders) or by formation of new Project SPV with G-RIDE being one of the stakeholders with minimum 26% equity stake. |
6 | Bedi Port Last Mile Connectivity Project: Windmill Station to old Bedi Port (Phase-1: 3.03 Km), Rail Connectivity to New Bedi and Rozi Port (Phase-II: 11.32 Km) | P-I: 44Cr. & P-II: 150Cr | -> Gujarat Maritime Board (GMB) along with its agency Sagarmala Development Company has expressed its in principle approval as equity partners in project SPV to undertake the proposed project. -> G-RIDE is in the process of obtaining in-principle approval from Railway Board to allocate the project & form a project SPV jointly with GMB & Sagarmala Development Company. |
